Former competitors unite under a new parent company focused on software for decorated apparel and branded merchandise businesses.

CHICAGO — PSG and Blue Star Innovation Partners (BSIP) announced the acquisition of InkSoft and Printavo, bringing together two established cloud software companies serving apparel decorators, print shops, promotional product businesses, and other branded-merchandise professionals. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction marks the introduction of Inktavo, a new parent company created to support a family of purpose-built software solutions for the decorated-apparel industry. InkSoft and Printavo will continue operating under their established product names, alongside GraphicsFlow, while collaborating on new capabilities and more connected customer workflows.

InkSoft provides e-commerce tools that help businesses sell custom merchandise through online stores and interactive design experiences. Printavo helps shops manage quoting, approvals, payments, scheduling, and production. GraphicsFlow supports artwork creation, organization, and customer approvals. Together, the platforms address key stages of the branded merchandise process—from designing and selling to managing production.

With additional investment, operational guidance, and combined expertise, the companies expect to accelerate hiring, product development, and platform enhancements.
