Inktavo Expands Global Reach with Clarity Software Acquisition

The acquisition adds MIS expertise and workflow capabilities for sign, graphics, and related businesses.

AUSTIN, Texas – Inktavo announced the acquisition of Clarity Software, a Management Information System (MIS) software provider specializing in job pricing, inventory management, and production management for sign, graphics, and other markets.

The acquisition broadens Inktavo’s product portfolio and geographic reach. Clarity Software brings MIS experience and capabilities that include configure-price-quote tools, proof-of-delivery applications, inventory and production management, and bi-directional connections with customers’ preferred accounting software.

James Armijo, CEO of Inktavo, said the acquisition would help Inktavo serve more geographies and provide sign businesses with flexible tools to organize work and support growth in one application.
