2008 - OrderMyGear is founded
OrderMyGear (OMG) is founded to make group ordering easier, helping team dealers, promotional product distributors, and apparel decorators sell branded merchandise online.
2012 - Printavo is founded
Created inside a screen-printing business, Printavo gives print shops a simpler, cloud-based way to manage quoting, approvals, scheduling, payments, and production.
February 2022 - Inktavo takes shape
PSG and Blue Star Innovation Partners acquire former competitors InkSoft and Printavo. Together with GraphicsFlow, the companies form Inktavo, connecting e-commerce, shop management, and artwork workflows under one parent company while preserving each product’s focus.
November 2022 - OMG expands into company stores
OMG acquires BrightStores, pairing its pop-up store capabilities with configurable company stores and expanding the ways distributors, decorators, and team dealers support branded merchandise programs.
October 2023 - SignTracker joins Inktavo
Inktavo acquires SignTracker, extending its portfolio with management software built around the estimating, job tracking, customer management, and production needs of sign shops.
November 2023 - OMG adds product and supplier data capabilities
OMG acquires DistributorCentral, expanding its platform with product search, supplier data management, websites, advertising, order management, and PromoStandards services.
July 2024 - Inktavo expands globally
Inktavo acquires Clarity Software, adding MIS capabilities for pricing, inventory, and production management in sign and graphics businesses while expanding the company’s reach into the United Kingdom and Europe.
2025 - Inktavo and OMG Announce Merger
InkSoft, Printavo, GraphicsFlow, SignTracker, and Clarity Software, and OrderMyGear (OMG), a leading online platform for group ordering and e-commerce in the team, promotional products, and decorated apparel markets, announced their merger. The merger united two category-defining innovators to create the industry’s most complete suite of tools for branded merchandise businesses — spanning shop management, e-commerce, production management, reporting, design, and customer engagement .
